A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable within a week of making a reservation by email. The balance of the total is payable on arrival. If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will only be refunded if we can re-let the cottage on similar terms, in this case your deposit will be refunded less 25% for expenses.
